Kargil Vijay Diwas

            In commemoration of Kargil Vijay Diwas, a poster making activity was held at our school for grades V to VIII.This was aimed to raise awareness about the significance of this historic day and pay tribute to the brave soldiers who fought in the Kargil War.


            The students were encouraged to showcase their creativity and express their gratitude towards the Indian Armed Forces through their artwork.The students utilized a variety of artistic techniques, including drawings, paintings, and collages, to create their posters. They incorporated powerful imagery, such as soldiers in uniform, the Indian flag, and scenes depicting the tough terrain of the Kargil region. The students also added thought-provoking slogans and quotes to highlight the bravery and sacrifices of our soldiers.

 🪔🪔🪔 Podar International School Nerul CBSE conducts offline Diwali activity!'                          Students of grade 5 onwards were asked to do the activity during the vacation . For the primary section, the activity was done online. The teachers had explained what to do during the class. There were several choices given to the students, eg, diya wall hanging, tea-candle holder with bangles, paper-diyas, earthen diya decoration, paper-cup lights, card-making, etc. students were happy to choose what they wanted to do from the list of art work, and enjoyed working on their own.
