Sports Day 2022-23 - Grade 3 & 4

  Podar International School - Nerul CBSE   organized the 7th Annual Sports meet in 3 phases. The Sports day of classes 3rd & 4th was held in the school ground. The enthusiasm of the participants and parents held no bounds.The event opened with a chorus by the school choir members and a torch run by the special sports achievers from these classes, along with an oath to keep the spirit of sportsmanship alive.The races, March past, the displays of group drill and different formations choreographed during the lezim display captured the hearts of the audience. A special feature was the appearance of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaja during the show.  

Sports Day 2022-23 - Grade 5 - 11

  Podar International School - Nerul CBSE   conducts the 2nd phase of the 7th Annual Sports Meet in Rajiv Gandhi Stadium. The Sports day of Classes 5th to 11th took place on this day. The event began with the ushering in of the guests and our Principal into the field with the Guard-of Honour, followed by a display of the March past, Aerobics, Yoga, Mass drill and Lezim set to rhythmic beats. A special mention must be made of the Lezim display where students made several formations including PIS and the flag of India. We also, proudly announce the presence of Chatrapati Shivaji Maharajah who attended the programme with bugles announcing his arrival. The students were happy to participate in athletics and joined in with their full gusto.

Sports Day 2022-23 - Grade 1 & 2

  Podar International School - Nerul CBSE conducted the Sports Day of students of 1st and 2nd standard. The theme was Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav with several fun races themed on the activities of different states of India. The programme began with the theme song of ' Khelo India' by the choir. The Yoga by the students of std 1 was an astounding success, while the drill display enthralled all. Every child in Podar CBSE Nerul is a winner and all those who participated in the races received medals. It was good to see parents waiting at the finishing line to felicitate their wards with medals. The gleam in their eyes expressed the hope and expectation they have for the future of their children.
